They gave us a villa with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. A safe, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk were much appreciated.

The room was new-fashioned and generous sized, had smoke detectors for the safety. The beds were EXCEPTIONALly comfortable, view by the rice field & ocean view that came with was magnificent. This hotel was set in a remote area close to the beautiful gardens which are another highlight, a black sand beach and Bali zoo, Bali safari, Ubud and Tegallalang. The provided service was exceptional.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Samata By Lifestyleretreats. the staff went above and beyond to make our weekend getaway fabulous. the peaceful atmosphere and attentive service made us feel like valued guests. We also loved the fact that there are only a few rooms, ensuring privacy. We'll definitely be returning to Samata in December if available.

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. We were given clean towels each day and the room was generally clean. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of food. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to public transportation and had easy access to tourist attractions.
The room was very small and cramped, barely enough room to walk around. The shower head was broken and the water temperature fluctuated.

Some guests have reported issues with noise from surrounding areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach just north of downtown Sanur. Guests can easily venture out to the beach for some fun in the sun. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking the recently harvested rice paddies. The bathroom is huge and features a double rain shower. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a fast and efficient service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. There is also a superb gym with a wide selection of fitness equipment.
The breakfast options might be a bit underwhelming, with some dishes lacking in flavor and accompaniments.

I had a wonderful stay at The Samata in Sanur. The location was perfect, surrounded by a local village and farming activities, giving it a unique village feel. The 1 Bedroom Pool Villa I stayed in was fine, with amazing views of the rice paddies. The amenities in the room were great, including a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a double rain shower, and a lovely plunge pool outside. The staff were great, making my stay more fun. The security at the resort was also excellent, giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend The Samata for a relaxing vacation.
